How do I book?

You can use our website form or reach out directly. After that we would book you in for a virtual survey to determine the volume of items that needs to be moved.

What are your rates?

The cost varies based on distance, volume, mode and any additional services needed. Our virtual survey then helps determine the volume of items you are moving, so that we can provide an estimate tailored to your circumstances. Factors affecting the cost of the removal service are distance, volume of items, complexity of the move, mode of transport, urgency and extra services.

Do you offer packing services?

Our team can handle full packing and unpacking of your personal effects  including disassembly and reassembly of your furniture,  if needed. This can be discussed at the time of survey with our team. We also offer materials, and their costs will be included in your estimate if you book with us.

Can you move fragile items?

We use protective padding, blankets, and secure packing and loading techniques. Our crews are experienced in professional packing services ensuring the highest level of safety.

What about insurance?

We offer various insurance options for your belongings' protection. For more details, please reach out.

Do you offer storage options in case I need to store some items before or after the move?

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions in our CCTV monitored warehouse.
